France June 2011

This page outlines the posts related to the trip we took to France in June of 2011.

Trip Overview

We spent five weeks in France to think through our project of spending 18 months in the country starting spring 2012. The trip was a mixture of checking out where and how we would live, sightseeing, visiting local markets, hiking and golf. We rented two vacations houses for 2 weeks each – the first in the small working town of Calvisson outside of Nîmes in the South of France and second in the even smaller village of Mont Saint Jean in Burgundy. The following is an outline of posts related to this trip. Related recipes can be found here.
